Unit for treating and securing pool water using so-called „chlorine water” created by dissolving chlorine granulates in a small volume of water at the installation site.
The granulate dispenser and dissolving unit can be equipped with a complex system for measuring and regulating the quality of pool water (free chlorine, pH, ORP), or it can only be controlled by an already existing measuring and regulating system.
The unit enables safe handling of the granulate, which is dust-free poured from the transport package into a closed conical container, from where the granulate is transported by a screw conveyor into the dissolution tank and then dosed into the main distribution.
It is an effective solution for safe and convenient chlorine dosing even with high consumption without the need to use chlorine gas or large volumes of liquid sodium hypochlorite.
Chlorine dosing:
The chlorine granulate is completely dissolved in the unit outside the pipeline (which prevents the formation of sludge, settling of the rest of the granulate and does not cause clogging of the dosing pipeline). The resulting dissolved chlorine solution is dosed into the pool water using a „Venturi nozzle”.
pH dosing:
The automatic correction of the pH value is dosed directly from the canister as part of the production process using the peristaltic pump that is included. Dissolved chlorine solution and pH acid are always dosed separately.
The GRANUDOS unit is confi gurable, consisting of a basic „module” and an additional dosing system with different dosing capacities and sizes of granulate baskets/barrels.
